This summer, we were thrilled to announce in a blog post that we would be expanding our UnifiED School Launch Fellowship. Last month, we were able to kick off the 21-22 school year with all six of our fellows. Fellows spent two days attending Leadership Talks, an anti-bias curriculum training with Roots ConnectED and an equity audit with School Architects.
Among Cohort Four, DCSC UnifiED Fellows:
- Have 11 years of school leadership experience on average
- Make up the largest cohort in DCSC history, and a majority identifying as people of color
- Are starting schools that include expansions, replications, and DCSC’s first partnership supporting a district redesign
