Sean Harrell is an accomplished educator and executive leader with more than 15 years of experience in K–12 education. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Integration Charter Schools (ICS), where he leads the organization’s academic, operational, and strategic direction. Throughout his career, Sean has served as a classroom teacher, dean, assistant principal, principal, and district leader.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Childhood Education. He is also the founder of Progressive Educators Group, supporting organizations through leadership development, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. His work is grounded in a “Children First” philosophy and a commitment to innovation, equity, inclusion, and expanding opportunities for young people and communities.
