A Seat at the Table Workshop 2 | Setting the Table: Creating the Conditions for DEI to be an Institutional Value

Throughout 2023, NACSA will be hosting a series of conversations about making authorizing a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive field, led by Dr. Kelli Peterson. Building upon the guidance and recommendations in NACSA’s soon to be published toolkit, Dr. Peterson will lead seven workshops aimed at helping authorizers create more inclusive work cultures.

The workshops are offered a la carte on every 2nd Tuesday of the month, but we encourage participants to attend as many as they can since many of the learnings are connected. Additionally, Dr. Peterson will be available to participants for “office hours” every 3rd Tuesday of the month to help problem-solve any specific issues your institution may be facing related to the content.
