Mentoring Young People of Color: Navigating Relationships Across Difference

For the first time in iMentor history, all of its regional communities will be brought together! Join peers from Baltimore, the Bay Area, Chicago, and New York City in attending a fishbowl conversation moderated by iMentor Baltimore’s Advisory Board Chair, Jeff Johnson. iMentor students and mentors will share their experiences, challenges, and lessons learned from within their mentor-mentee relationships. Through this conversation we hope you’ll learn about:

• Navigating a mentoring relationship across lines of difference
• Engaging in courageous conversations with young people
