NCSRC Webinar: Recruiting, Hiring, and Sustaining Teachers of Color

Join the National Charter School Resource Center (NCSRC) for a webinar to support charter school leaders’ efforts to achieve educational equity by building a pipeline of teachers of color through effective recruiting, hiring, and sustaining strategies. This webinar will discuss strategies that can be used to improve culturally responsive and sustaining education (CRSE) practices related to a school’s teaching staff. This webinar will also feature a spotlight on charter schools that have been successful in recruiting, hiring, and sustaining teachers of color, as well as highlighting key strategies that can be implemented by charter schools.
