Gateway High School Math Interventionist – Full and Part Time Options Available – 2024/2025

Gateway High School is committed to helping each student—regardless of learning style or previous academic achievement—gain the skills, habits and knowledge necessary for post-secondary success. Math Interventionist Responsibilities Include:

• Work with small groups of students (2-5) to strengthen their understanding of foundational Algebraic and other math concepts
• Collaborate with the department and course team to support student success in math
• Resource and build tools to support math learning

Qualifications:

• Commitment to Gateway’s mission, including a desire to work with a diverse student body
• Desire to be part of building the larger school culture and community
• Preferred: Current California single subject credential in math
• Bilingual and BIPOC candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
